General Wedding Details

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins at 16:00. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 15:45 to allow time to get settled.

Is transportation provided?

The bus will take you from the church to the reception area (venue), and at around 3:00 in the morning the bus will return you back to Elarin Studios.

Is there parking at the venue?

There is available parking both behind the church and at the venue area.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Yes, but you are kindly asked not to disturb our hired videographer and photographer. We will also provide a photo booth for you to enjoy when you arrive at the venue.

Are children welcome?

Yes, children are welcome. While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that they not play on stage during our special moments. There will be a chance for them to dance later at night, and we ask that they be kept occupied and seated during the celebration.

Can I bring a plus one?

No, the invitation is provided only to you, our loved ones.

How do I RSVP?

We kindly ask that you please RSVP directly through the RSVP section of this website, allowing us to prepare for all our guests and make the day truly special.

Kindly submit your RSVP by 15 November 2026 to help us finalize all the details for the celebration.

What kind of food will be served?

There will be a standard menu for adults and a separate standard menu for kids.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, an open bar will be provided during the reception. Guests are encouraged to drink responsibly and enjoy the evening safely.

Ceremony

The ceremony will take place at the Cathedral of Evaggelismos at 4 o’clock in the afternoon. Please plan to arrive by 3:45 P.M. to get settled and comfortable. After the ceremony, we invite you to enjoy cocktails, dinner, and dancing under the stars.

Attire

We kindly ask our guests to wear formal attire and to avoid white.

Transport

For our friends that don’t have any means of transportation, a bus will be provided to pick you up from Evaggelismos church to Castello Rosso.

Drinking & Smoking

Please use designated outdoor areas if you wish to smoke. We encourage all guests who choose to drink to do so responsibly and to plan safe transportation home.
